Shipping Policy
Your products are shipped the day of purchase for guaranteed delivery in less than 10 days
From that the order is made, we prepare it on our production site. They will be sent via Chronopost. You can choose between home delivery or pick-up point.
To ensure the security of your order, we sending them in boxes or recycled paper bag wrap in bubble wrap. The delivery is free for orders over 79 €.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish return a product, simply contact us with our email. We can thus engage the online refund process. You will only have to return the product by parcel to our address. If you live close to a point of sale, you can make it there product . Just bring back the invoice and his identity card.
If you change your mind about a product, it is possible to remove it from the order or exchange it by clicking on the link attached to the invoice that you will receive by email. However, it will be impossible to exchange once the product has been shipped.
